The Zhik 29er World Championship Regatta is hosted by Alamitos Bay Yacht Club in Long Beach. Sailors from 14 different countries are represented in this regatta scheduled for July 29 through Aug. 5. All races are expected to be held offshore. For more information, go to 29erworlds.org.
