1. I believe you should talk with the commercial fisherman up and down the coast who have gradually been pushed out of business by legislation before giving to much credence to the paragraph below from your article on fish farming.
   Producing seafood in Southern California’s coastal zone, aquaculture supporters hope, would help reduce U.S. reliance on imported seafood and help the country develop a healthy and sustainable food supply at lower costs.
