The California Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Office of Spill Prevention and Response, in partnership with California State Parks Division of Boating and Waterways and the California Coastal Commission, is inviting all marinas and yacht clubs to participate in a series of free workshops in 2025 focused on oil spill response for facilities with motorized vessels.
Participants will learn about California’s Oil Spill Response Structure, receive the Marinas and Yacht Clubs Spill Response Communication Packet, hear new real-life spill case studies, and gain access to vital oil spill response resources tailored to boating facilities.
