According to the R3 Team at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, “At this time, the Fishing Passport Program is only available online and you do not need a physical copy of the book to participate.
Feel free to download the book here (https://wildlife.ca.gov/Fishing/Passport/Book) and record catch date and a photo next to the respective species each time you catch a new fish!
Once you are ready to submit catches for an award, email us here ([email protected]) and we will send you a secure link to upload your files for award submission.
