SAN DIEGO―Are you looking for that perfect gift to buy your dad for Father’s Day? Consider making your way to Spanish Landing Park (East) in San Diego and attending one of the largest boat shows in the region. At minimum you’ll enjoy a day on the docks, checking out the latest in entry-level cruisers and an expanded selection of superyachts. And, who knows, you might find something you like!
The 16th annual San Diego International Boat Show, produced by Duncan McIntosh Co., returns to Harbor Island’s Spanish Landing Park (East), June 6-9. The boat show is four days of fun on the water for families and boating enthusiasts alike.
More than 150 boats will be on display at the boat show, including an expanded selection of 80-foot yachts (and larger). Also featured at this year’s show will be the latest in nautical gear, gadgets and marine accessories.
There will also be a variety of non-boating activities at this year’s event, such as face painting, a latex twist artist and several food trucks. Live entertainment will be available, as well as Fiddler’s Green Floating Tiki Bar.
