We reported the Boat Central developer was granted a lease agreement by the Small Craft Harbor Commission due to a 2-1 vote. However the motion proposing to grant Boat Central its lease with Los Angeles County required at least 3 votes to move forward. Accordingly the motion died and the developer does not have a lease agreement in hand. The project is not moving forward to the Design Control Board, either.)
