Knotty Nights

Knots, bends, braids, Marlin spike and eye splicing will be covered for this on-going Wednesday nights (June 5, 12, 19 and 26) learning sessions. We all know about the Granny, so we will be working on some of the basics knots like the bowlin, half hitch, the reef knot, the sheet bend, the becket hitch, the rolling hitch, the buntline hitch and so  many more. All of these knots look difficult but all are easy and fun to learn. This is a hands-on session so bring a small piece of line you can practice with. Call Chula Vista Marina 619.691.1860.
