Staff will collect flares directly from vehicle trunks — no need to exit your car. OC Waste & Recycling will be on-site alongside the OC Health Care Agency, offering a free bilge pad exchange, and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary’s Partner Dockwalkers, who will provide free California Boater Kits, boating safety information, and discount coupons for electronic flares (while supplies last).
