Woman and Two Dogs Rescued from Flooded Sailboat off Zuniga Jetty

Byline: Associated Press SAN DIEGO (AP) -- A woman and her two dogs were rescued March 17 from a sailboat in distress east of the Zuniga Jetty, by a boat crew from Coast Guard Station San Diego.
