The California Clean Boating Network meeting is free to attend, and parking is free. It will be held at Martinez Yacht Club from 9:15 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m. Topics will include updates on the statewide clean boating program, the new California boater card, the Surrendered and Abandoned Vessel Exchange Grant program, delta aquatic weeds, and a new mobile application for boaters.
