The 10th annual event allows boaters to buy and sell marine items ranging from kayaks, and surfboards, to fishing tackle and boat rigging, before boating season. Applications for $10 vendor spots(each the size of a parking stall) will be available at the Harbormaster’s Office and on the Waterfront Department’s website beginning April 11.
