Pups dressed in their spookiest, most creative, or most sea-worthy outfits will compete for prizes in categories including Best in Show, Spookiest, Most Sea Worthy, Most On Trend, and Most Creative. After the contest, join the festive doggie parade along the waterfront promenade into Ventura Harbor Village.
