Knotty Nights

Knots, bends, braids, Marlin spike and eye splicing will be covered in the Wednesday night hands-on learning sessions. Work on some of the basics knots like the bowline, half hitch, reef knot, sheet bend, becket hitch, rolling hitch, buntline hitch and more. All of these knots look difficult but all are easy and fun to learn. This is a hands-on session, so bring a small piece of line. Call Chula Vista Marina at 619-691-1860. Dates: July 19 & 26.
