Halloween harbor vibes hit the water as witches and warlocks in costume take to stand-up paddleboards and kayaks for the 7th Annual Witches Paddle. This enchanting seaside tradition, started by locals Christie Moorehouse and Susan Stuart, has grown into a highly anticipated community event. Participants can bring their own boards or kayaks or rent from Ventura Boat Rentals, launching from the Village docks or the public launch ramp.
