  1. As a long time resident of Huntington Beach, I am disheartened at the possibility of having this beautiful area RUINED. The city sold its soul, years ago; can we please preserve what little land we have remaining? Thank you.

Oh good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good The callous greed minded developers who over the years have virtually decimated every bit of natural open space and animal habitat have literally been halted. Southern California has lost acres of natural land to “individuals” who have absolutely no respect for its’ right to exist. I personally hope that greedy inhumans never again get the chance to bring another proposal to do ire able damage to the Southern California landscape

The Yorba Linda oilfield is now a very beautiful niehborhood. Also look at Dog Beach in HB. There were nothing but oilwells up and down that beach and now look at it. People don’t understand that old abandon wells may have to be re abandon due to a poor process in the way it was done many many years ago. Also the contamination in the soil around the wells can go deep and wide. New soil will have to be put in it’s place. Banning Ranch can be 2 areas, one with some development and the other with critters and the 2 can co habitat.
