  1. the public mind (unicorn)!!! now the roach coach a good idea. city needs to put up a palapa tables and chairs. charge the roach coac operator a SMALL fee to operate there to cover misc expenses. forget a permanent structure that the the city wants and rent it for $138000 a year??? think about that how many tacos does it take to pay the rent. and i would never pay to put up a structure on city owned land.!!! finally a roach coach is the solution
