Join Cabrillo Marine Aquarium (CMA) staff on an all-day hands-on scientific observation and collection trip to Catalina Island. Throughout the trip, staff will be on the lookout for marine birds, dolphins, whales, sea lions, seals and wide variety of other marine animals. Learn about methods and techniques used to capture marine animals. Passengers will assist with pulling in traps and get up-close looks at animals. Explore the isthmus and then head out to the mid-channel to bait for pelagic sharks. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Non-Member Price: $99. Pre-registration is required.
