Strange that the Harbor Patrol didn’t know about the boats, but the photo shows a red Sheriffs boat in the background.
That red boat in the background is not a “Sheriffs boat.” See the white bow stripes? It is the TowboatUS Dana Point at the Dana Point Fuel Dock.
